Salvatore Calvino
Chief Executive Officer
Currently the Chief Executive Officer of Quantem Aviation Services (Quantem) and Integrated Deicing Services (IDS), Mr. Calvino has over 25 years of Senior Management experience in airline services industry including air cargo handling, aircraft deicing and aircraft fueling. Mr. Calvino was the leading principal for Castle Harlan in the $300 million acquisition roll up strategy of AMR Services, Miami Aircraft Support and Aerolink International.

Mr. Calvino is the founder and sole-owner of Quantem, which employs nearly 500 aviation service professionals providing cargo ground handling/warehousing and technical operations service in 16 cities in North America to some 3,000 flights annually. Mr. Calvino is also the majority owner of IDS providing state of the art deicing services for most major airlines in 5 locations with 300 deicing professionals during it's peak season.

Kevin Worley
President
A former executive of ASIG, Kevin Worley has some 25 years of experience in airport service operations and has specialized in deicing services. For the past four years he has led Kestrel Aviation Services, consulting to the airport services industry and several airlines on deicing related issues. While at ASIG, Mr. Worley, obtained airport deicing contracts from Frontier Airlines (100 flights per day) at DEN; ATA (90 flights per day) at MDW; and Midwest Express (110 flights per day) at MKE.

While consulting for a major service provider, Mr. Worley wrote the winning bid response to deice all aircraft departing from PHL (300 flights per day). In 2006, Worley obtained over $12 million of new deicing business for one of his clients in Denver, establishing a 95% market share at DEN. Mr. Worley's experience and leadership is expected substantially to enhance the profitability and growth of IDS.

Mr. Worley's operational experience began at EWR working for People Express Airlines. Worley held other senior management positions at FWA, GRR, SWF, BDL, and ORD.
