Boreas Holdings, Inc. manages and owns three Aviation Service Operating Companies. Quantem Aviation Services, LLC (QAS), Integrated Deicing Services, LLC (IDS) and Consolidated Deicing Services, LLC (CDS). With over 35 airport locations and approximately 2500 in season employees, Boreas is the place where all of the corporate support happens for the three operating businesses.

The staff of Boreas handle all accounting functions including, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing. In addition, Boreas handles all Human Resources, Information Technology, and Financial Analysis etc.
